An Event Venue Near Fulton
that handles the whole guest list
A SHORT DRIVE SOUTH FROM FULTON
FULTON, MS · OUR ROOM, YOUR DAY
Why Fulton couples choose The Stables of Harp Farm.
Fulton organizations have been outgrowing the back room of the country club. The Stables of Harp Farm gives Itawamba County a real event venue: 6,000 square feet under one roof, with the room and the parking lot to handle 250 people without anyone bumping elbows at the silent auction table.
Chamber dinners, school proms, charity galas, hospital fundraisers, and corporate retreats all run through the same flexible footprint. Round tables for the plated dinner, a built-in stage for the auctioneer, raffle racks along the breezeway, and an outdoor pad for the gun raffle or food truck.
Buck and Susan only take one event per weekend, which means your run-of-show belongs to your team. No vendor stepping on a wedding load-out, no double-booked parking lot. Just your event, the barn, and 300 acres of breathing room.

Fulton groups that have toured the property tend to remark on the same thing: the drive is short, the room is bigger than it looks from the road, and Susan picks up the phone when you call. The barn has hosted everything from the high school junior-senior to a sportsman's conservation banquet, and the load-in works the same way for both.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Questions from Fulton families.
Can we host a corporate retreat or off-site here?
Yes. The barn handles full-day workshops with breakouts in the seven dining stables, the cottage as a quiet room, and the lawn for outdoor activities. We can hold the space for one company per weekend.
How many guests can the venue hold?
The Stables seats roughly 250 guests at round tables for a plated dinner, or up to 300 theater-style for a ceremony or program. The cottage handles intimate gatherings of 20 to 40, and the outdoor chapel seats 150 on pews.
What is included in the rental?
Every booking includes tables, white linens, chiffon-covered chairs, the pews at the chapel, the in-house sound system, and the handmade Amish carriage that doubles as a getaway car or a photo set piece. You bring the caterer; we hand you a list of locals who already know the kitchen.
